Over 3000 Pages of Bureaucratic double-talk and Technical Jargon

    60 Days for Public comment.

A system designed to baffle the common voter and sneak bad plans past the public.

EAO prides itself on "Never denying a certificate"

Why don't they pride themselves on PROTECTING THE ENVIROMENT & ANIMALS THAT CANNOT SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES?

If it all seems too stupid to believe, then it probably is. Don't wish for a better answer, demand it from your representitives in all levels of government.
