The 3rd Birth Port Expansion has been denied for environmental reasons in previous attempts by the Port Authority, but the Campbell Liberals are far more interested in selling out than any government before. The EAO provided a rubber stamp approval to the Third Birth project which was pushed thru the application process with as little noise as could be made. For many local residents the first news of the project was the awarding of the certificate. But APE has been actively fighting the expansion for many months and they aren't giving up the fight yet.
